We had the opportunity to work with Chuck
McCalla last year when he built our home in Woodbury. We
met him on site at one of his other homes. He was
approachable, friendly and informative. Construction
quality was one of our greatest concerns at the time. As
we walked through the house where we met Chuck, we realized that
quality was a priority with him as well. His work was
superb.
Once we started working with Chuck on our home, he was willing
to collaborate with us and actually wanted our input. He
listened, answered our questions, and returned phone calls
promptly. We felt that we were an integral part of our
home before we even owned it.
Since we closed on our home in December of 2006, Chuck's
accessibility and warm demeanor have continued. He has
been a true blessing to our family and we have highly
recommended him to the many people who have asked us about our
contractor.

with the quality of Chuck's work that we bought one of his homes!

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mr. Charles McCalla
for two years. Mr. McCalla constructed the house that my family
bought two years ago, and ever since, he has been very helpful whenever
we needed anything fixed in the house.
Being a first time buyer in the USA, and coming
from another country, Mr. McCalla has made our settlement in Cannon
County in Tennessee very enjoyable. Mr. McCalla calls on us quite
often to find out how we are doing and to make sure there are no
